Broadly speaking RIBA ' grouped into two . That RIBA ' of debt and RIBA ' buying and selling . RIBA ' of debt divided into RIBA ' Qardh and RIBA ' Jahiliyyah . While the RIBA ' buying and selling is divided into RIBA ' Fadl and RIBA ' Nasi'ah .

• RIBA ' Qardh : A benefit or a certain level of surplus required the debtor ( muqtaridh ) . Example RIBA ' Qardh , if Person A filed a debt of Rp 50,000,000 , - to the B with a time limit of one year . Since the beginning of both parties have agreed that the A is obligated to return the debt plus interest of 15% , then the additional 15 % is a RIBA ' the damned .

• RIBA ' Jahiliyyah : Debt paid over anyway , because the borrower is unable to pay its debts at a set time . It is also called the RIBA ' Duyun ( debts ) . I agree with sharia system which says that interest in Islam is HARAM , why ? because as we see that we get the money from the bank , we tidah know whence the money.
